Review: Herbal Dynamics Acid

I had been reading over and over about the importance of using a serum so I decided to put the HYALURONIC ACID 62% HYDRATING SERUM to a test. I am constantly looking for products that help reduce redness since this is one of my greatest problems, and this serum claimed to do just that.

Directions indicate to apply it morning and night after toning and before moisturizing. The serum is clear and it kinda looks and feels like a gel, and I can't recall it having a smell of any kind, if it has one it is very subtle. Once you apply it to your face it absorbs really quickly and makes your skin feel sticky for maybe a second or two. Once it dries you can apply your moisturizer and continue with your routine. I use only one pump at a time, and that helps cover my face and neck.

After a week or so of using it, I started noticing that my face looked much clearer, and the redness I had from acne scars has diminished a lot. You can still see them when I'm not wearing makeup but they are almost gone and I'm sure they will disappear with time.

Also before, my skin looked a little dull and oily even after putting makeup on, and now you can see it is much smoother and makeup glides on like butter, and my skin looks glowy and plump and not oily.

What sold me...

I don't know what drove me to start applying it on my under eye area but I'm glad I did. I have a lot of fine lines under my eye from smiling, and concealer tends to get on those wrinkles, creating lines. By applying it there, after a couple of weeks I noticed that these lines have almost disappeared or decreased in size, and my concealer doesn't get stuck in there anymore.

The ingredients...

This serum uses all natural ingredients and it is paraben free. It is also not tested on animals, which is a major factor when picking new products for me.

Here's the list of ingredients.
Aloe barbadensis (Aloe vera) gel*, Hyaluronic acid, Vegetable glycerin, Fucus vesiculosus (Bladderwrack) extract*, Sodium PCA, Anthemis nobilis (Chamomile) flower seed extract*, and Vitis vinifera (Grape) seed extract*. *Organic

The verdict

This product has turned to be one of my favorites. Its effects on my skin had been very visible and I  will keep on using it. It is such an effective product that I recommend everyone try it. Just the fact that it helped diminish my fine lines is worth ordering this product over and over again. And if it helps making my skin look so good and healthy is a major plus. And the fact that the price is so accessible makes it an overall winner. I was happily surprised by this product and it gives me the confidence to try more products from Herbal Dynamics Beauty.

It comes in a 1oz bottle with a pump, which is very convenient and not messy at all. The price of this serum is $20, you get 20% off on your first order plus at the time I ordered they also had free shipping.

What I'll order next...

I want to try the Revitage Antioxidant Transforming Night Cream, the Vitamin K and Green Tea Brightening Eye Cream, and the Revitage Replenishing Squalene and Argan Oil Serum, since I promised I was going to find an alternative to the more expensive Biossance Squalene.
